Customs duties/VAT & Shipping Details
Our product will be shipped from Japan.
Product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT, GST, or any other local taxes.
These taxes and duties are determined by your country's customs authority and are typically collected by the shipping carrier (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) prior to or at the time of delivery.
If you fail to pay the required duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned to us or discarded by customs.
In such cases, your order will be treated as canceled. We will issue a refund after deducting the cancellation fee, any duties actually incurred, and return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.

Other Countries
Import tax and customs duty policies vary by country. Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order.
Please note, depending on the import laws of your country, you might incur additional charges such as customs duties and local taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax).
Declaring a lower amount than the actual sales price to customs would violate Japanese export laws, and our company could face penalties. Therefore, we cannot accommodate such a request. Thank you for your understanding.
As far as customs duties are concerned, this is a tax on imported goods which is defined by your country of residence. This tax is applied when the goods cross the border and is different depending on the country of the recipient.
It can be either a flat rate or a percentage of the price of your goods. The exact amount of customs duty is difficult for the importer and exporter to anticipate as it depends on many factors.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
