Refund Policy

Shipping Insurance
This insurance is provided by the shipping carrier (EMS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
Please do not open the package if you wish to obtain this insurance. Multiple photos or videos may be required for insurance purposes.
If the shipping carrier's insurance is not available for any reason, we may not be able to guarantee the full value of your shipment.
Insurance may not be available if the item is suspected to be stolen.

In-Stock Merchandise

As a general rule, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed. However, under special circumstances, cancellations are possible, in which case a restocking fee of 10% (minimum ¥1,000) will be deducted from the price of the ordered item(s). We reserve the right to determine on a case-by-case basis whether or not to accept cancellations.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return a shipped order, please refer to our Return Policy.


Reserved Merchandise

Cancellation of pre-order items will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the product price, with a minimum cancellation fee of ¥1,000.

 

Return Policy

Returns for customer convenience must be approved in advance by our support staff.
To request a return, please contact us at support@twoofus.jp

If your return is approved, it must be returned within 7 days of receipt. A restocking fee of 15% of your order (minimum ¥1,000) will be charged. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return.

All returns must meet all of the following conditions
All merchandise must be complete, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
New merchandise must be factory sealed and unopened.
Returns must be sent by registered mail.
All items must be in their original packaging and securely packed for shipping.
A printout of the invoice must be enclosed.
We will not accept returns or exchanges of items that do not meet the above requirements.


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned merchandise arrives safely and without damage. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise.


Compensation and Refunds

Refunds in Japanese yen are available when exceptional circumstances apply. In this case, refunds will be made in Japanese yen.

Please note that we are not responsible for any fees charged by credit card companies or PayPal in processing refunds. You are responsible for all applicable fees.
