Shipping policy

All our packages are shipped from Japan.
All orders are usually processed within 3 business days. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Single/graded cards go through a special inspection process to ensure quality.
We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, but it may take up to 2 weeks from the time your order is placed.


Shipping Turnaround Time

Shipping turnaround times shown on this website are average business days; please note that the 72-hour handling time is separate from shipping time.
During busy periods specific to Japan and busy periods specific to the U.S., shipping and handling may take longer.

Possible delays due to customs are not included in the estimated shipping time. If you live in a country with strict customs regulations, please allow additional time for customs clearance.

Since shipping is not our service, but that of the post office or FedEx or DHL, delays by the post office or customs do not give us any right to compensation, suspension, or cancellation of any kind.

If your package takes longer than expected to arrive, please have your tracking number ready and contact our support team and your local post office. Even though your package has already arrived at the post office, the tracking status may not be updated correctly or it may be caught by the customs inspection.


Notes.

-When we receive multiple orders from the same customer, we may ship them in the same package. If you always need to separate orders for customs clearance or other reasons, please contact us.

-Import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

-Please check with your country's customs office prior to purchase to determine what these additional costs will be (Incoterms are DAP).

-These fees are usually collected by the shipping carrier (carrier) or upon receipt of the goods.

-We do not understate the value of our merchandise or label merchandise as a “gift”.

-In the event of loss, theft, or damage to your package during shipping, the standard warranty policies of the shipping company (FedEx, DHL, JapanPost) will apply and the warranty fee will be paid by you. If you require additional insurance, please contact us.

-If the shipped item is returned for any reason, we will refund you the amount of the refund minus the return shipping cost and a 20% cancellation fee. However, this does not apply if we are at fault.
